This was a new one on me! It had never crossed my mind. Some of you may have seen the online movie, Heal, a few years ago. I don’t remember that much about it, except that it was about energetic healing, but I’ve been on their mailing list ever since, and they create another movie or two every year. I’ve heard that Heal is on Netflix now, if anyone is wanting to see it.
I got something from them last week that grabbed my attention enough to read through it. It was a testimonial from a lady about doing the things that Joe Dispenza did to heal himself. If you aren’t familiar with Joe, he had an accident many years ago from which the doctors said he’d never walk again. I’m thinking it was a motorcycle accident, but don’t hold me to that. Anyway, he’s been walking for as long as I’ve heard of him, which has been many years, and he totally healed himself, if I remember correctly.
So, the lady that was giving her testimonial, and giving a lot of credit to Dispenza for her healing, made a comment that at some point she realized she was addicted to suffering. When I watch or listen to this sort of thing, I’m always listening for things that might help some of my clients, but this one also registered as being a possibility for me, too. Many people that become therapists or energetic healers, do so first to heal themselves, and I was certainly no exception.
I muscle tested and got a yes, that addiction to suffering applied to me, too. So, of course I worked to heal that. I had eight trapped emotions – 5 of them from ages 1, 2, and 3, and the other 3 from the last couple of decades. (The younger ones were from being forced to learn to read – yes, starting at age 1 – and the other 3 had to do with financial issues.)
Regardless though, they can relate to most anything, but for me it was quite obvious and I just muscle tested to verify. Once they were clear, I really felt like the weight of the world had been lifted – and this is something I wasn’t even aware of until I read the article.
I called a lot of friends to test them, too, and many had the same issue, so if you think it’s an issue for you, call me and I’ll check.
