KNEE PAIN

This client had knee pain for a long time.  I found several trapped emotions, but also numerous physical issues.  As is normal, many seemed to be totally unrelated to her knees, but muscle testing is generally quite reliable, so I cleared anything that came up.  At the end of the first round, I asked how her knees felt, but her response was that they hurt only when she was climbing stairs.  I pointed out my stairs, so she climbed then to see how she would do.  One knee was totally OK, but there was still an issue with the other one.  This is fairly common, as sometimes only a slightly different wording can find more issues.  That’s what we did, so when that tested clear, she tried the stairs again.  She was elated!  No pain whatsoever!  At this writing, this was about 2 ½ months ago, and she’s very pleased that she still has no pain!

DEPRESSION

Clients often come to me with a variety of issues – some physical, others emotional or behavioral.  This one had several physical issues, but was also suffering from depression.  I cleared back issues, muscular issues, a number of trapped emotions, and number of other physical things that were seemingly unrelated, when I was working on the depression.  Anything can cause anything!  Sometimes that’s hard to understand, but when the issue that appears to be unrelated, is resolved, and the body responds in a positive manner, it’s obvious that for whatever reason, there was a relationship somewhere.  That was true with this client, and the concern is now gone!

PAIN IN A FINGER

This client was having issues with one joint of one of her fingers.  I released a tremendous number of issues, many of which appeared to be totally unrelated – things like food coloring, GMO’s, and tobacco energy.  There were also issues in a couple of back muscles, and a number of trapped emotions in various organs.  I just ran into her last week, and she reported that her finger is still functioning normally, and without any pain.

MENTAL CHALLENGES TO RUNNING A RACE

This client was committed to running a half-marathon, something she had never done before, but started having numerous physical challenges, as she prepared for the race.  Having taken a running class many years earlier, and experiencing similar issues, I suggested that possibly she had trapped emotions around things such as possible failure, disappointing her family and/or those with whom she was running, etc.  Various things and their accompanying pain kept coming at her as she was training, but I was able to quickly release them, and enable her to get back out on the trail.  She successfully completed the race, and is now preparing to do it again a year later.  So far she’s had no issues this time around.

RELATIONSHIP WITH DOG

One of my first “clients” was my dog, Brandi, a rescue that had been abused.  I did a number of sessions on her, but the one that stands out was that for the 7 years I had had her, she would never look me in the eye.  Yes, she would look at me, but not really engage.  It felt to me like she was feeling guilt, shame, or was in some way disconnected.  I released several trapped emotions, and she will now look me in the eye, any time that it’s appropriate.  She seems to finally realize that she found her forever home, will never be abused, and will always be loved, regardless of her behavior.  (She’s a very hyper cocker spaniel.)  This has made for not only a happier doggie, but I’m also a much happier mommy!  J  This is my kid, and we truly are connected!

CONTENTIOUS RELATIONSHIP WITH DAUGHTER

This mother had a somewhat contentious relationship with her adult daughter, and was apprehensive about an upcoming visit to her.  Many trapped emotions were released, and after she returned from her visit, she reported that there had been much less tension.  She was confident that their relationship would continue to improve.

WEIGHT CONCERNS

I’ve worked with this client on a number of eating issues, as she’s really trying hard to lose weight, but that just isn’t the easiest thing in the world to do.  I’ve been successful with those, and she continues to lose weight, but there was an interesting situation last summer.  The business where she works was planning a summer picnic for employees, but it would be at a swimming pool, and this client weighed over 300 pounds!  She’s a very fun, outgoing person, but the thought of appearing before her coworkers in a swimming suit felt pretty horrifying.  I released quite few trapped emotions around that, and she felt comfortable going to the picnic.  She reported afterward, that she was there – and in and out of the pool – the whole time, and truly had a wonderful time!
