Muscle testing, also known as kinesiology, is a noninvasive tool that can be used to identify imbalances in the body. The muscles of the body react in much the way here that they do in a polygraph or lie detector test, reading the body’s electrical responses, and determining whether the question asked is true or false. Muscles remain strong in a state of truth or congruence, but become weakened in a state of falsehood or incongruence.
